I never get tired of being downtown, of walking around the Byward Market and of trying my best to capture its true meaning and beauty. This was taken late September, 2008. I like the look of wet pavement and of the subtle light. Soft, delicate yet still providing enough contrast to give life to an otherwise potentially drab scene.
